•     SELLING UNPAID STORAGE LOTS - All containers will be open but items may not be touched or removed.  Note:  All blankets/pads are the property of Shur-Way and will be removed upon emptying the container.  No assistance will be provided to empty storage container.  All items to be removed by 1:00 PM.
• TERMS: Cash or Visa, MasterCard, Discover with 4% convenience fee.  A 10% buyer’s fee and 8.0% sales tax will be added to all applicable purchases.  All items must be paid for immediately after the auction and removed by 1:00 PM.  Buyer must be prepared to load and take items with you rain or shine.  Buyer must provide their own packing blankets/pads and packing/moving supplies.  OAS is not responsible for items left on the premises.  All items sold "AS IS-WHERE IS & WITH ALL FAULTS", no warranties or guarantees as to condition, age, hours or mileage. No returns allowed. Announcements on sale day take precedence over printed matter.
