This one-owner 2014 Ford Super duty was purchased in April of 2014 and has been used to help Deerfield District 109’s Buildings & Grounds department. This vehicle is up for auction is in fair-good running condition. Our department adheres to a strict maintenance program, which includes oil changes every 5,000 miles and compliance with all manufacturer maintenance at suggested intervals.  
The interior is in fair condition with the following noted: the front cab seats are faded and a little worn. The dash has a few scuffs as well as the front interior doors along the bottom of the panels. The extended cab seats are in fair condition, a little worn. The extended cab driver’s side door interior is a little scuffed and have a few gauges. The exterior of the vehicle is in fair condition with the following noted: weather guard compartments have been installed for storage needs. A Snow-X mini pro 575 with mount is on the back of the truck to help with the winter needs as well as a Pro plus ultra finish plow with mount on the front of the truck. There is some rust along the bottom of the body alongside of the doors and wheel wells. Scuff marks and scratches on body, multiple areas. There is a dent/ding on the driver’s side back panel above back tire.  We have attempted to photograph the flaws. When this vehicle is sold, there will be a title with sale.

This one-owner 2010 Ford F150 Reg cab was purchased in May of 2010 and has been used to help Deerfield District 109’s Buildings & Grounds department. This vehicle is up for auction is in fair running condition. Our department adheres to a strict maintenance program, which includes oil changes every 5,000 miles and compliance with all manufacturer maintenance at suggested intervals.  
The front windshield is cracked starting from drivers’ side to passenger side in the bottom portion of the window. The interior seats are torn and splitting especially on the driver’s side. We are missing the side buttons on the chair on the driver’s side seat. The dash has a few scuffs as well as the front interior doors along the bottom of the panels. The exterior of the vehicle is in fair condition with the following noted: A cab organizer with ladder rack has been installed for storage needs with a full 1000lb slide out. There is some rust along the bottom of the body alongside of the doors, wheel wells, tailgate and rims. A couple small dent marks on the driver’s side door. Scuff marks and scratches on body in multiple areas. We have attempted to photograph the flaws. When this vehicle is sold, there will be a title with sale.

2016 Bobcat: Polaris Model 3650 4x4 Hydrostatic 24 Horsepower Diesel Engine  ID(4XB3C3A7H8017047) (190 hours) Vehicle color: (Black/White/Orange).

This Polaris Bobcat is in good running condition and was used for maintenance work around our District 109 school grounds. It comes with a front mount angle broom attachment (Model FMAB70 year 2016). This Bobcat has air conditioning/heat in the cab. The interior is in good condition, there are some worn spots on the front seats. The exterior is in good condition, there are scrape marks along the trim of the body, door panels and on the tailgate. The bed is fully lined and has mount strap attached. The sweeper does have some rust on the metal areas and on the mount. We have attempted to photograph the flaws. Dry Erase White Board stands with rollers and shelving (4 sets)
We have four sets of dry erase white boards from Steelcase. These boards have full rolling racks that are easy to move all around. They have Silver/Grey metal with storage that come with four white boards on each set (boards are 32”X 42”). The rolling rack has a shelf for all you drawing need and a gripping board that holds your white boards into place.
All the sets, just need a good cleaning…

Large Dry Erase White Boards and stands and rollers (Qty:2)
We have two large dry erase white boards from Marsh. These boards have full rolling racks that are easy to move all around. They have Silver/Grey metal, and each board is double-sided (boards are 4ft X 6ft). The metal on both racks do have some scrapes.
The boards just need a good cleaning.

Bookshelves (Qty:2)
We have two large bookshelves that are going into auction. These 2 wood bookshelves are reddish brown in color and have five shelves for storage. Each shelf is about ¾ inch and about 13 inches deep. The height of these are 70 inches and the length is about 36 inches. They are in good condition, a couple of scratches from being used and need a good cleaning-

Metal Cabinet
We have a large beige color metal cabinet. The cabinet has 2 doors with lock, but we do not have the key for this item. The cabinet is in fair condition with 5 shelves that are rusted on some of them from being used. The cabinets measurements are 26” x 12” x 65”. It does have some scrapes and scratches and does need a good cleaning.

AccuCut MARK IV Die Cutting Machine (serial# 61981), Ellison Die cutting machines (Qty :3), wide variety of die cut patterns (4 boxes & 4 bins) and storage shelving
We have a large lot to auction for all these Die cut tools and storage. We have a large MARK IV cutting system that is in fair condition it has scratches, and the roller is stained with regimen of previous projects. We have 2 small Ellison die cut machines for the 5-inch patterns and 1 large Ellison die cut machine for the 10-inch patterns. All 3 machines are in good condition, the machines have wood bases with a rubber handle for gripping. The machines do have some scratches and need a good cleaning.
We have 4 large boxes that are full of all different die cut 10-inch patterns (letters, numbers, sports, shapes, patterns, seasonal and more) . The 3 large boxes range 20-22 cuts per box and the small box has 10 cuts inside.
We have 4 large utility bins filled with the 5-inch and 10-inch die cut patterns (letters, numbers, shapes, animals, flowers, and more). Each bin ranges having 45-75 die cuts inside.
There is shelving for the die cuts for storing them. We have 2 black shelves with 3 storage rows that are 14 x 18. We have 2 larger black shelves with 6 rows of storage that are 15” x 36”.
There are 5 brown shelves with 3 storage rows that are 14” x 18”
There are 2 miscellaneous shelves 1black and 1 white that are for a single row of storage.
They are all in good condition just some scratches and scrapes on the storage rows and on a couple shelves the lining is peeling. All shelving needs a good cleaning.
